# Quick Start: Guidelines to get started with SEO Onpage - Increase Traffic

The [SEO Onpage](https://apps.shopify.com/fastify-seo-all-in-one) app is amazingly simple which requires just a little of your attention.

Let's take a look at the Dashboard and learn about the **SEO Onpage** app. Click each feature on the **left toolbar**.

### 1. Audit your store

This is the section that you can see an updated Report about the **Key Performance Metrics** of your site.

**Keywords** are an important element in SEO. Choosing the optimal keyword will help you **increase your rankings and traffic** from Search Engines.

### 3. Image ALT Text

ALT data helps describe the images in words when people had slow Internet connections and it took a long time for images on web pages to load. Image “*ALT*” information also helps search engines like Google better understand what your images are about.

### 4. Image compression
